Returns & Exchange Policy

RETURNS
Returns will receive a store credit only in the way of a digital gift card. We do not offer refunds at this time. Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will not offer you a store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Personalized or Custom items are not eligible for a return or exchange, all sales are final.
Please do not send your purchase back to us without first requesting a return.

You will receive a confirmation email confirming we have received your return request with instructions on how to proceed and where to ship your item back to.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless a mistake has been made on our end.
 
STORE CREDITS (if applicable)
Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days once the item is received.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and a digital gift card will automatically be sent to your email for use. 
 
EXCHANGES 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for another (i.e. different size) send an email Exchange Request.

INCORRECT, DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If we make a mistake, we'll correct it quickly and easily.
If you received an incorrect, defective or damaged item, please contact us at cadillaclakelures@gmail.com with your order number and details on the problem.
 
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift card will be emailed to you.
 
RETURN SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item back to us over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
